The Teachers College eClassroom was a prototype for integrating communications technology into the school’s historic spaces.
The eClassroom was the first implemented component of a comprehensive master plan for Teachers College in New York City. Designed to maximize the use of technology as a learning tool, the space allows for a great deal of flexibility in teaching styles, collaboration methods, and the integration of new and traditional learning tools. Developed with the school’s own teaching experts, the eClassroom serves as a prototype for the rest of the campus, as well as model for future classrooms worldwide.
