For Shopbop’s main office in New York City we created a loft-like space that feels down-to-earth yet perfectly adapted to suit a cutting-edge fashion brand. The design accomplishes this by using natural materials and finishes throughout, and by providing contrast through highly polished elements that accent the key moments throughout the 11,000 square foot space. Additional industrial materials, such as blackened steel and reclaimed wood paneling, were added to reinforce the roughness of the existing architectural shell.
