This project, completed in Mountain View in 2011, created a workplace tailored to the needs of Google’s senior management and engineering teams. Working closely with the client’s IT group, we developed a wide variety of friendly, adaptive, active, and environmentally sensitive spaces across 130,000 square feet of an existing commercial structure. The program included shared offices, open work stations, tele- and video conferencing rooms, informal lounges, engineering training spaces, executive suites, and special project “war rooms” optimized for sustained collaboration.
