Responding to our client’s desire to create a “Manhattan on the Maas,” we imagined a residential tower that would evoke the strong cultural connections between New York and the The Netherlands. Located just across the harbor from the New York Hotel, where passengers would often stay before a voyage to that city, Codrico Tower will rise to a height of 220 meters. It will be an integral part of the Codrico Terrain, a new mixed-use neighborhood occupying the site of Rotterdam’s historic Codrico factory.
