Defining the southern edge of the Hudson Yards, six slender residential towers totaling 3 million square feet rise just north of the elevated Highline Park. Divided into two locations along 30th Street, the towers provide a mix of luxury rental and condominium units. The 8,100 square foot floor plate for each tower is divided into four residential units that range between 1,500 to 1,800 square feet. Maximizing views of the river and solar exposure, the six towers vary in height.
