Master Plan

SHoP's proposed master plan is a multi-featured approach to accomplishing very clear objectives. These objectives include revitalization an existing north campus setting, inserting a multi-faceted new destination development, creating an ecologically sensitive park landscape to connect the north and south island into a unified whole, and strategically linking the revitalized Governors Island to neighboring East River developments and the greater plan for New York harbor.
